What are we looking for in you?

Requirements:

6+ years of professional experience designing, building, and shipping software.

Strong object-oriented programming skills; proficiency in
C++
and/or
Go (Golang)
.

Experience with real-time, high-performance applications (games, simulations, or media processing).

Solid understanding of systems design and distributed systems.

Experience working with complex, large-scale codebases.

Proficiency with game engines such as
Unity
or
Unreal Engine
.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ownership mindset, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Availability for
on-site work, Monday to Friday, during office hours.


Nice to have:

Experience with modern graphics APIs (
Vulkan preferred
), GPU optimization.

Knowledge of game engine internals or professional game development experience.

Background in low-level hardware optimization or embedded systems.

Experience with game consoles, networking, DevOps, or containerization.

Familiarity with cloud gaming infrastructure.


Responsibilities:

Design, build, and ship high-quality software systems for large-scale, low-latency, real-time applications.

Take full ownership of projects from conception to production, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, ML/data science, and consumer insights.

Develop backend systems, optimize complex codebases, and work across multiple areas of the stack.

Contribute to graphics performance, GPU optimization, and/or game engine internals depending on expertise.

Continuously improve software craftsmanship and advocate for best practices in coding, design, and architecture.
