Overview
Examinations Administrator (EL119) – Salary: £23,492 per annum. Contract Type: Permanent. Hours: 37 hours per week. Location: Ellesmere Port/Chester.
We are seeking an Examinations Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attentive and enthusiastic administrator to support the provision of a quality support service for learners, visitors, customers and staff.
Responsibilities
* Administer the processes of the Exams department, ensuring the work is completed in line with JCQ regulations.
* Take responsibility for the organisation and running of specific examinations as determined by the Examinations Officers, including booking invigilators, setting up examination rooms, checking equipment, supporting invigilation and checking & packing examination papers.
* Support the Examinations Officers.
* Promote the welfare of children and young people.
Key Person Specification / Qualifications
* GCSE Grade C (4/5) or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
* Ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Appropriate level of digital literacy.
