Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Account Executives to retain and generate new business by managing contract reviews, midterm changes, and leveraging strategic information
* Manage all aspects of account servicing, including queries, renewals, amendments, and mid-term adjustments for large accounts
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and foster growth
* Provide technical support for complex client relationships to ensure satisfaction and mutual understanding
* Stay informed on market conditions and ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role within commercial, risk management, or corporate insurance
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence in advising, negotiating, and building relationships
