Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for an Office Administrator based in St Neots. The Office Administrator will oversee daily office operations, maintain records, coordinate schedules, assist in managing office supplies, and provide administrative support to various departments. Additional responsibilities may include communicating with external partners, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth office management processes.
Qualifications
Administrative and organizational skills to handle day-to-day office operations, manage schedules, and maintain orderly recordkeeping
Proficiency in computer applications and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and external stakeholders
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities for addressing challenges and improving workflow efficiency
Attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills
Prior experience in administration or office management is an asset
