Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and operationally driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and optimize our recruitment infrastructure, ensuring seamless execution of end-to-end hiring processes across regions and functions. This role is critical to enabling an efficient, scalable, and high-quality recruitment service that supports the organization’s talent acquisition goals.
Reporting to the Interim Head of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with Talent Acquisition teams, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders to ensure service excellence, consistent delivery, process innovation, and data-driven performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Execution & Support
* Partner with the Interim Head of Talent Acquisition to translate hiring strategies into robust operational plans.
* Drive execution of recruitment initiatives and campaigns in alignment with business priorities and timelines.
Operational Oversight & Service Delivery
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the recruitment function, including process adherence, issue resolution, and system effectiveness.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence across the recruitment ecosystem.
Process Optimization & Standardization
* Lead efforts to refine and standardize recruitment workflows using continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
* Implement process enhancements that reduce cycle times, elevate quality of hire, and improve stakeholder and candidate experiences.
Performance Monitoring & Data Insights
* Use analytics to track recruitment KPIs, uncover trends, identify risks, and support decision-making.
* Maintain dashboards and performance reports to inform stakeholders and drive accountability.
Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
* Act as a liaison between Talent Acquisition, HR, CoEs, and business leaders to ensure alignment, compliance, and communication.
* Gather feedback from stakeholders to evolve processes and enhance overall recruitment satisfaction.
Systems & Vendor Management
* Optimize use of ATS and recruitment tools (SuccessFactors preferred), ensuring efficient workflows and automation where appropriate.
* Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring SLAs, compliance, and delivery standards are met.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience managing recruitment operations within a complex, fast-paced, and multi-regional organization.
* Strong track record in process improvement and operational delivery within a talent acquisition context.
* Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors), with experience in workflow design, reporting, and automation.
* Deep understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics; able to derive insights to inform continuous improvement.
* Experience coordinating high-volume or cyclical hiring campaigns across multiple geographies.
* Skilled in managing recruitment vendors and ensuring contractual and service-level compliance.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS platforms.
