Overview
We are currently seeking semi-skilled CNC Setter/Operators to join our night shift team in Poole. If you have experience working with FANUC-controlled Mill/Turn machines and a background in precision engineering (ideally within aerospace), we\'d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Setting and operating CNC Mill/Turn Lathe machines with FANUC controls to produce high-precision components to specification.
* Working from engineering drawings to ensure parts are produced to the required tolerances.
* Carrying out self-inspection to ensure quality standards are met.
* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and organisation in line with 5C/5S practices.
* Supporting a positive and efficient workshop environment.
Requirements
* Previous experience setting and operating CNC Mill/Turn machinery (FANUC control knowledge essential).
* Background in aerospace or other high-precision industries preferred.
* Ability to work independently to set jobs and monitor output quality.
* Due to ITAR restrictions, applicants must be UK citizens or have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
