Your key responsibilities will include: - Arranging and Carrying Out Property Viewings: Conduct engaging and informative viewings that showcase properties in the best light. - Negotiating Sales: Utilize your negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions between buyers and sellers. - Listening to Buyer Requirements: Understand potential buyers’ needs to pair them with the most suitable properties. - Customer Liaison: Provide timely responses to customer enquiries and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process. - Registering Applicants: Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and processed efficiently.
