Are you a proactive, commercially minded Business Development Executive ready to drive client growth across the dynamic FMCG sector? Our client is looking for an ambitious talent to join their team and build long-term partnerships with leading brands. The Opportunity

This role is a fantastic chance to accelerate your career in FMCG business development and client services. You\'ll be a key player in winning new business and ensuring client campaign success.


What You\'ll Be Doing

* Driving New Business: Proactively manage the sales pipeline, conduct outreach, and re-engage lapsed FMCG clients.
* Digital Presence: Build the company\'s digital footprint, particularly on LinkedIn, to attract and win new clients.
* Campaign Management: Act as the primary contact for client campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and successful achievement of KPIs.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with internal field sales teams, retailers, and client stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed effectively in-store.
* Reporting & Analysis: Prepare tenders, proposals, and in-depth client reports, analyzing campaign data to provide actionable recommendations.
* Market Insight: Conduct store visits to stay current on category trends, competitor activity, and retail execution, using feedback to enhance campaign performance.


About You

We\'re looking for someone with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in a client-facing or business development role.

* Experience in business development or a client-facing role, ideally within the FMCG or retail sector (highly desirable).
* Demonstrated success in sales, client management, or new business prospecting.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Highly organized, resilient, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and PowerPoint for presentations.


The Details

* Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (based on experience) plus an OTE potential of up to 20%.
* Location: Hybrid working with 2 days in the Nottingham office and 3 days remote, plus travel to client sites as required (travel expenses covered).
