The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Strategy Manager to lead client success and ensure the effective use of our platform.
You’ll work closely with our CEO and Lead Growth Strategist to:
* Manage the delivery of products to clients on time
* Manage client campaigns such as advertising campaigns
* Handle client requests for new features and liaise with the technical team to implement them
* Maintain and update platform documentation to support client usage
* Deliver product demos to clients and prospects
* Manage user access and ensure platform compliance
* Ensure clients have access to the data they need, working with our polling partners at Deltapoll
What We’re Looking For
You’ll ideally bring experience from a polling, data science, or SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of data-driven products.
Required Skills:
* Familiarity with data products and APIs
* Experience in polling or survey analysis (preferred)
* Ability to clearly explain complex products to clients
* Commercial awareness and experience working with clients
* Strong interest in marketing, data targeting, and AI (preferred)
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
* Collaborative, conscientious team player
* Comfortable working in a startup environment. Startups aren't for everyone

* Salary: £50,000-£70,000 per annum. Permanent position subject to 6 month probationary period.
