About the Role:
* Develop and deliver strategic account management plans to increase product usage in focus areas.
* Maximize product access through formulary inclusion and guideline development in conjunction with Medical Affairs.
* Manage projects effectively in designated accounts, developing project team plans with local matrix teams.
* Develop solutions for ICBs to maximize implementation and adoption of key growth brands.
* Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and decision makers.
* Accelerate adoption of new technologies by shaping the local market.
* Produce and deliver business cases for formulary listings.
* Initiate audits to gather prevalence data where appropriate.
* Territory: North East / South East London and Kent
* This is a field-based role.
About You:
* Multi-role sales experience including direct selling, influencing, and customer relationship management.
* High standards approach, delivering 100% sales performance with a proven track record.
* Ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, making effective decisions.
* Leadership in projects and setting your own objectives.
* Ability to deliver against both long-term and short-term business goals.
* Strong interpersonal skills and networking ability internally and externally.
* Understanding of NHS structure, strategies, and key priorities, with up-to-date NHS terminology.
* Experience of driving product access within the NHS (community or hospital) to grow business.
* Experience working with diverse, specialist, and culturally varied people, influencing them to achieve results.
* Consistent delivery of value-added business results within deadlines.
* Commercial acumen and financial accountability, including managing budgets and resources.
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM experience.
* Remote role based in the UK with a company car.
