Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
9. Run your section with authority, organisation and consistency
10. Deliver high-quality dishes at pace during high-volume service
11. Maintain immaculate mise en place and section control
12. Work confidently in a theatre-style, guest-facing environment
13. Support Commis and Demi CDPs in maintaining brigade standards
14. Uphold five-star hygiene, discipline and presentation at all times
This will suit a Chef de Partie who:
15. Has strong experience in high-volume, fresh-food kitchens
16. Is technically sound with solid classical foundations
17. Thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
18. Maintains composure under pressure
19. Wants to progress within a serious, structured brigade
