Role Overview
They are looking for a Marketing Development Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and help them expand into new sectors and services. This is a key role at the intersection of marketing, product strategy, and business development — ideal for a results-driven professional with a technical mindset and a strategic outlook.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for growth across sectors and client segments.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to introduce new services and products.
* Evaluate financial aspects of marketing plans, including budgets, ROI, and expenditure.
* Manage the development of sales and marketing collateral, including online materials and media kits.
* Work with external agencies, partners, and influencers to build brand awareness and engagement.
* Oversee digital marketing performance, including SEO, content, and analytics.
* Use innovative tools and research techniques to inform strategic marketing decisions.
* Coordinate with internal teams and outsourced contractors to ensure marketing alignment.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor activity and market positioning.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in administrative, strategic, or coordination roles with exposure to planning, team leadership, and reporting.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Tech-savvy and able to leverage digital tools for research, analysis, and performance tracking.
* Experience in or understanding of finance, education, or technology sectors is preferred.
* Strong problem-solving and innovation mindset.
* Excellent written and verbal English.
