The Role
As a key player in our team, you will:
* Manage a Diverse Investment Portfolio: Oversee a variety of property and non-property assets, ensuring robust reporting and governance arrangements are in place.
* Lead Real Estate Management: Take charge of the day-to-day management of the College’s real estate assets and contribute to major property development projects in Oxford.
* Coordinate with Stakeholders: Act as the College’s client representative, working closely with consultants, managing agents, and legal advisors to deliver projects effectively.
* Oversee Non-Property Investments: Manage equities, fixed income, and cash investments, liaising with external managers and collaborating with the College’s Head of Finance.
The Candidate
We are looking for someone who can bring:
* Experience: Proven track record in managing or supporting investment assets, with some exposure to property development projects.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with investment principles and portfolio oversight is essential, though deep technical expertise is not required.
* Skills: Outstanding stakeholder engagement, organizational skills, and a strong respect for governance structures.
* Education: A degree-level education is required; relevant professional qualifications are a plus.
