The role of a Bank care assistant includes:
• providing care and support for clients in their own homes such as providing and supporting with personal care.
• Medication management
• meal preparation, carrying out light domestic duties
• supporting clients with accessing the community and befriending services..
Key skills:
• You need to be over 18 and have a full driver's license and access to a car
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Be passionate about care and making a difference in people's lives
• Be willing to learn and become a lifelong learner
