Consents Manager - Based Manchester 12-18 Month contract
Summary
We are seeking a Consents Manager to join the Sealink project, playing a crucial role in securing and managing all necessary consents, permits, and regulatory approvals required for the successful delivery of the project. The role involves close liaison with regulatory bodies, local authorities, environmental agencies, and internal project teams to ensure compliance with all statutory and contractual obligations. The Consents Manager will lead the preparation, submission, and tracking of consent applications, manage stakeholder engagement, and mitigate risks associated with consent delays or non-compliance. This position demands a proactive approach to navigating complex regulatory frameworks, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, and supporting the project's overall delivery objectives.

Proven experience in managing consents and permits for large infrastructure or marine projects
Strong knowledge of UK planning, environmental, and marine regulatory frameworks
