Role The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, assess, and secure high-quality talent across the business. Providing a professional service to both internal stakeholders and candidates. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the hiring managers to understand all vacancy requirements Manage the full end-to-end recruitment life cycle through; vacancy briefings, advertising and sourcing, screening, booking interviews, arranging assessments, and management of the offer process and candidate feedback Assist and provide support to the Talent Acquisition Administrator Manage our key supplier relationships Work in collaboration with the wider HR team to ensure all recruitment practices are understood and being managed in line with policy and process ATS - responsibility to manage the internal ATS system for SCS Monthly reporting responsibility re: KPI performance Financial responsibility of the recruitment team The successful candidate will have Previous agency or in-house recruitment experience A passion for direct resourcing and able to headhunt effectively using innovative methods, and where appropriate, utilise a variety of sourcing platforms Previous experience working with an ATS (TeamTailor) Proven track record of successfully delivering high-volume recruitment campaigns Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to be able to build credible working relationships. Understanding of data and analytics with the ability to explain return on investment for resourcing within the business. Strong commercial acumen and experience managing a budget.
