A great opportunity for a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a FMCG manufacturing environment.
Working under the Engineering Manager, you’ll support the safe, reliable and compliant operation of production, packing and auxiliary equipment.
Role And Responsibilities
* Carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on production, packing and site equipment
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults, completing repairs and adjustments to engineering standards
* Support equipment changeovers, setups and commissioning activities to ensure efficient production starts
* Maintain accurate engineering records, work orders and spare parts usage within the CMMS
* Collaborate with Production, Quality and Technical teams to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
* Experience as a multi-skilled engineer within a regulated manufacturing environment
* Strong mechanical and electrical fault finding skills, with familiarity in Root Cause Analysis
* Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals and engineering documentation
* Competent using CMMS systems, with strong communication skills and a proactive, reliable approach
