About The Role
Job Purpose:
Executive Support
1. Proactively manage diaries, meetings, and priorities for the Executive team
2. Keep things moving - following up on actions, nudging where needed, and helping turn plans into progress
3. Coordinate travel, logistics, and key internal/external meetings, acting as a gatekeeper to ensure our Exec team can focus on delivery of high-priority outcomes
4. Prepare materials, agendas, and notes to ensure meetings are focused and effective
5. Act as a trusted point of contact across the business
Office Management
6. Own the day-to-day running of the office - making sure it’s a great place to work
7. Manage suppliers, facilities, and office services, including cost management
8. Keep everything organised, stocked, and running smoothly (without anyone needing to ask)
9. Create an environment that reflects BrewDog’s energy and culture where everyone feels included
Culture & Engagement
10. Support our People Experience Manager in bringing our culture to life, designing and delivering engagement systems that everyone feels included in
11. Help organise team events, socials, and company-wide moments for a variety of employee groups (office, shift workers, remote workers)
12. Play a key role in internal activations, celebrations, and team-building initiatives
13. Be a go-to person for making things happen - from small moments to big events

About You
What we're looking for:
22. Highly organised, proactive, and always one step ahead
23. First-rate IT and tech skills – high levels of confidence with all the usual MS packages and technology, and able to pick up new software quickly and become a superuser.
24. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities and are able to challenge and influence at all levels
25. Positive, energetic, and solutions-focused
26. Strong communicator with great attention to detail
27. Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
28. A natural host - you care about creating great experiences for people
29. 3 years’ experience of EA or office management
30. Ability to be on-site in our Ellon HQ full-time
