Overview
My Client is looking for driven, confident communicators with strong people skills to work at their Contact Campus helping customers looking to purchase technology and services. As an Inbound Sales Advisor, you will be speaking to customers who have previously visited the Website, using effective listening, fact-finding and matching to convert calls into sales while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Role starts on 13th October with 2 weeks fully paid training. Working hours are 40 hours per week with rotational shifts Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 20:00. One weekend shift every 2 weeks (09:00 to 17:30). Temporary to permanent role available after 12 weeks.

* Confident communicator with strong people skills
* IT literate with the ability to navigate multiple systems quickly and efficiently
* A passion for TECH
* Flexible
* Previous sales experience would be great
