Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate Team Members to deliver superb customer service consistently round the clock.
* Work with management teams to support and motivate teams to ensure customers are well looked after.
* Oversee operations across forecourt, shop, bakery, fast‑food outlets, etc.
A Supervisor Would Ideally
* Have prior experience working in retail or catering as a Team Member or supervisor.
* Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
* Have ambition to progress in management career.
