Role Highlights
* Own end-to-end eCommerce performance, from first visit through to renewal and lifetime value
* Drive conversion, revenue and margin through trading plans, pricing, offers and on-site activation
* Solve complex, multi-step funnel challenges using data, experimentation and commercial judgement
* Integrate eCommerce effectively with telesales and other channels to support confident self-serve buying
* Provide clear, structured updates on what’s working, what isn’t and what’s needed to scale sustainably
Qualifications
* Proven experience owning eCommerce or digital trading performance for complex, high-value or subscription products
* A strong commercial mindset with a track record of moving core metrics, not just running tests
* Comfort operating in transformation, scale-up or early-stage environments with lean teams
* Experience influencing product and technology priorities without owning the roadmap
* Confidence working closely with senior stakeholders and navigating ambiguity with pace and focus
