Are you an experienced automotive sales professional looking to take stamp your own imprint onto a successful team?
We are currently seeking a dedicated Car Sales Manager to join a reputable dealership in Newbury, Berkshire.

As a Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team of six sales executives, ensuring the delivery of an outstanding customer experience.
You will oversee both new and used vehicle sales, providing leadership and strategic direction to maximise sales performance.

Duties:
15. Leading and managing the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
16. Ensuring maximum direct selling time and effective handling of all sales enquiries
17. Developing and implementing sales strategies to grow business
18. Providing coaching and mentorship to sales staff to enhance their skills and performance
19. Managing operational issues in a customer-centric manner
20. Establishing and maintaining smooth administrative procedures and sales records
21. Building strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
22. Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Individual Requirements:
23. Proven experience in automotive sales management or a similar leadership role
24. Strong leadership and motivational skills
25. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
26. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
27. Keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
28. Financial awareness and the ability to drive sales profitability
29. Industry knowledge of new and used vehicle sales processes
30. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
31. A full UK driving license
