Position Job Purpose (Role Definition): The Quality Assurance Technician - Infusion Therapy Support the Quality and Compliance Team Lead by processing and triaging customer complaints from Infusion Therapy customers. Coordination of complaint investigations between Infusion Therapy manufacturer, internal departments and customers. Main Duties and Responsibilities Processing and triaging of customer complaints from Infusion Therapy customers Communicating with relevant internal departments to ensure complaints are investigated as appropriate. Communicating between customers and the Infusion Therapy manufacturer the status of complaints and any associated investigations Support the monitoring and reporting of Infusion Therapy customer complaint metrics and KPI's. Ensure any applicable Infusion Therapy related documents are controlled and kept up to date as appropriate. Assist with the execution and management of any relevant Field Safety Notice and Field Safety Corrective Actions Coordinate customer returns Ensure compliance to company policies.
