Your Company:A leading digital learning business is seeking a Client Manager to join the team in the Bristol area. This business has established themselves as a leader within their market and provide a number of comprehensive solutions that meet the needs of their clients, many of whom are large international house-hold names. They are growing fast and have excellent expansion plans in the near future, thus are looking to take on individuals who can support this growth with their customers, by providing tailored and effective account and client management duties to nurture their existing accounts whilst seeking new ways to expand these.Your Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Implementing growth plans, to expand the pool of prospective and existing stakeholders, preferably at C-Suite level and across different functions in order to identify and support account specific growth opportunities.
2. Building and utilising strong working relationships to enter into new functions, divisions and locations for existing accounts.
3. Harnessing and leading opportunities that are across various locations and also for different services or products.
4. Conducting client research alongside accurate market analysis to effectively identify growth opportunities with that specific client accounts, by using the gained information to inform decision making on tailored solutions for the client.
