The Vacancy: Are you experienced in Trustee Governance and skilled at managing relationships? TPT is looking for an organised and proactive Trustee Governance Manager to provide high-level support to our Trustee Board and committees, in line with our inclusive values.
Role Purpose
Provide expert relationship management, support, and guidance for the Trustee Board, helping shape and maintain effective governance in line with TPT’s vision and values.
You Will Be Responsible For
* Delivering comprehensive secretariat support for the Trustee Board, sub-committees, and working parties.
* Managing relationships with Board Chairs and sub-committee chairs.
* Leading on the Trustee appointment and annual appraisal processes.
* Developing and recommending the annual business plan.
* Maintaining accurate records of Board and committee decisions.
* Acting autonomously, using initiative to resolve day-to-day issues.
* Keeping governance documents updated and propose improvements.
* Preparing research and papers for meetings.
* Maintaining company secretarial records.
Skills & Experience
* Experience with occupational pension schemes and supporting trustees.
* Strong written English; confident in minute-taking and following up actions.
* Senior stakeholder management experience.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills, able to handle changing priorities.
* Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Conflict management skills and experience working with directors and senior managers.
* Awareness of budgets and financial processes.
TPT Retirement Solutions operates a hybrid working pattern with 2 days per week in the office in Leeds.
