About the Role As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner you will manage a broad patient caseload across Urgent Treatment Centres and Out of Hours settings, providing autonomous assessment, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of patients presenting with undifferentiated and complex health needs. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of care, clinical safety and seamless patient pathways.
