Job Overview We are looking for a self-motivated, resourceful and customer-focussed individual, working on their own or collaboratively as part of a team and who can manage a demanding and varied workload and can meet strict deadlines with excellent organisational, keyboard and communication skills. The right candidate will be proficient in MS Office and have knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Experience with a CRM system would be desirable. This role will develop our administrative function, providing first class assistance to colleagues and customers so that our business operations run smoothly. The right candidate will be self motivated, have excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy, and a confident telephone manner. Responsibilities and Duties Office Admin and Reception Duties o Handling telephone and email enquiries o Welcoming visitors to the business o Receiving and distributing mail/ deliveries o Ensuring that all customer orders are packaged and labelled as instructed according to postal requirements and shipping regulations. o Order and maintain stationery and other office supplies o Booking travel and accommodation Admin Support for Department Managers o Finance Manager e.g. invoicing & reconciliation o Commercial & Marketing e.g. customer feedback surveys, maintaining our CRM system & providing support for event attendance (bookings, shipping of stands) o Company Secretary e.g. shareholder updates & notifications o QHSE Manager e.g. Document Control including the issuing and retrieval of controlled documents. Filing and management of calibration and maintenance records. Commitment to the health and safety policies and procedures of the company. Commitment to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) as incorporated into the quality management system of the company. o Support other Departments as required.
