Your new company A leading, highly regulated manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join its operations team. This is a key leadership role within a state-of-the-art production environment, offering the opportunity to drive performance, quality, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced setting. Your new role You will be responsible for leading and developing production teams to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include: supervising and mentoring production staff, promoting a strong culture of performance, quality, and safety. Ensuring full compliance with GMP standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality systems. Overseeing daily manufacturing activities, including material preparation, processing, cleaning, and monitoring tasks.
