As a Reliability Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and efficient maintenance of the Trim and Final Facilities/equipment. Maximise operational uptime and minimise downtime. Trouble shoot equipment failures and optimise maintenance practices to enhance plant efficiency and asset longevity.
What To Expect
A role focused on improving equipment performance, strengthening maintenance strategies, and supporting cross‑functional initiatives to maximise operational reliability.
Diagnose and analyse the root causes of equipment failures and operational issues to prevent recurrence.
Develop and implement reliability‑focused strategies and improvement actions to enhance equipment performance.
Monitor and interpret key performance indicators to track maintenance effectiveness and operational health.
Contribute to FMEA activities to shape maintenance strategies and drive targeted equipment improvements.
Assess equipment condition using CBM techniques such as thermography, acoustic imaging and oil analysis.
Use the CMMS to log, execute and close equipment defects, ensuring accurate and timely maintenance records.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on downtime‑reduction initiatives, facility obsolescence projects and vendor‑supported maintenance solutions.
What You'll Need
Ideally, you'll join our team with time served within a Maintenance background as well as this you'll:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent understanding of reliability principles and maintenance practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems)
Completed one of the following qualifications in relevant Engineering - Government Approved Apprenticeship, Craftsman Certificate, or a Level 3 in one of the following - BTEC, NVQ, OCR Cambridge Nationals or National Diploma
