Job Overview We are currently recruiting for up to 10 experienced Precast Operatives to join a busy and growing production team. This role involves working within a precast concrete environment, contributing to the manufacture of high-quality concrete products. Location: Omagh Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour Working Hours: 7:00am 5:00/5:30pm, Monday to Friday Overtime: Saturday work available, paid at standard rate Key Responsibilities Producing precast concrete products in line with specifications Preparing moulds, including cleaning, assembling, and oiling Pouring and finishing concrete Using hand and power tools safely and effectively Following health and safety procedures at all times Working as part of a team to meet production targets Maintaining a clean and organised work area Requirements Previous experience in precast concrete or a similar construction/manufacturing role preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good attention to detail Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work well within a team CSCS card (desirable but not essential) Forklift licence (desirable but not essential) What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of £17.00 Ongoing, long-term work Opportunity for overtime Supportive team environment If you are interested in this role please apply with an up to date CV or call Bethany.
