A Financial Services Company is currently seeking a Product Manager to work on one of their market leading platforms.
The Product team regularly use data and insights to craft detailed narratives and develop product strategies that align with effective governance with growth of the product within the market.
The key aspects to the positions includes, building and delivering the product & proposition strategy and roadmap as well as maintaining a deep understanding of the market through engagement, networking and attending external events
The manager sees this role having a commercial focus, whilst also adhering to governance, helping simplify the user journey, as well as partnering with Marketing and Sales Operations to create effective go to market propositions.
Requirements;
* Experience working as a Product Manager or Change Manager ideally within the Insurance Broker market, although would also look at the wider Financial Services market.
* Ability to use data & insights to build strong cases for change.
* Analytical ability with a data driven and strategic mind-set
* Knowledge of Product Governance and importance of adhering to regulations.
* Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate at all levels and manage a large stakeholder network.
Please note, there would be the expectation to visit their office in South London/ Surrey once a week.
