Deputy Commercial Lead

This pivotal role supports the Commercial Lead in driving strategic growth and operational excellence. You will play a key part in shaping commercial strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance across all activities.
Responsibilities
* Support commercial strategy and execution
* Lead framework submissions and pricing strategy
* Provide leadership and coaching to commercial teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Oversee day-to-day commercial operations
* Ensure compliance and competitive positioning
What we’re looking for:
* Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
* Proven experience in commercial leadership within the UK healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
* Strong commercial acumen
* Experience in NHS frameworks and pricing models
* Ability to manage cross-functional teams
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Familiarity with compliance standards and governance requirements in healthcare.
