A well-established fashion and home retailer is looking for a confident and commercially minded operations manager to support the smooth running of one of its busy retail locations near Frimley. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys pace, structure, and developing high-performing teams. You’ll play a key part in driving operational excellence across stock flow, back-of-house processes, online fulfilment, and customer experience while helping create an environment where teams can thrive. The Role As Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of the store’s operational performance, ensuring standards remain high and the customer journey runs seamlessly from stockroom to shop floor. Working closely with the wider management team, you’ll lead from the front, support colleagues across multiple functions, and help deliver a smooth and efficient trading environment every day.
