Account Director / Client Partner – Global Manufacturing Clients

💼 £150,000 – £180,000 base + 50% bonus

About the Role
We’re looking for a seasoned Account Director / Client Partner to lead and expand two major global accounts within the manufacturing and mobility sectors. These are high-value, strategically important clients with established relationships and strong revenue foundations across Europe.
The role is ideally suited for someone who thrives in complex, multinational environments — a farmer who can nurture long-term partnerships while identifying new growth opportunities across existing networks.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and grow global enterprise accounts within the manufacturing and mobility sectors.
* Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders across multiple regions.
* Collaborate closely with Eastern European delivery centres to ensure excellence in execution.
* Manage and scale a cross-functional team currently based in Sweden and Germany (6 FTEs), with plans for expansion.
* Drive account strategy and positioning against other leading consulting and digital transformation providers.
* Identify and develop new revenue streams within existing accounts, leveraging global delivery capabilities.
Ideal Background
* Proven success managing large enterprise accounts (£10M+ revenue) in digital transformation or IT advisory.
* Experience in the manufacturing, industrials, or mobility verticals.
* Deep familiarity with Eastern European delivery models (e.g., Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria).
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to expand relationships within global accounts.
* Previous experience in a European IT consultancy or advisory firm (not BPO).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
