Come and join our team

Join our innovative team as a Primary Educational School Adviser! Due to staffing changes in the school improvement team, we are seeking a passionate individual to work collaboratively alongside our dedicated staff in schools, aiming for excellent learning provision and progress for all learners. In this role, you will support the strategic leadership of the Curriculum for Wales, ensuring that our educational standards are both ambitious and achievable.


Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with school staff to develop and deliver professional development opportunities to enhance learning outcomes.
* Provide expert guidance on the Curriculum for Wales, modelling engaging pedagogical techniques.
* Support progress and wellbeing for all learners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
* Support strategic leadership and development across our schools, collaboratively ensuring progress in relation to school and cluster priorities.

DBS level

An Enhanced with Barred List Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this job. It is an offence to apply for the role if the applicant is barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children or adults at risk.


Welsh language level – verbal

Level 5 – you will need to be able to communicate fluently in Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
