A well established compliance organisation is seeking a Bid Manager to join its team. The Bid Manager leads the end-to-end bid process, crafting compelling proposals and coordinating cross-functional teams to secure high-value contracts and drive business growth.

* Shape persuasive, client-focused proposals that stand out
* Coordinate cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
* Use tech and insights to boost win rates and stay ahead of competitors

* Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
* Strong project management and stakeholder influence
