Our well-known client is seeking a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in an additional EU language, such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian. The candidate must be fluent in both written and spoken communication.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the entire order process, from placement to delivery at the customer's location.
2. Collaborate closely with other departments within the organization.
3. Open tickets for calls and emails related to technical emergencies and inquiries.
4. Create quotations and pre-payment forms.
5. Handle customer cases proactively, focusing on providing outstanding service.
6. Maintain good verbal and written communication and build strong relationships with customers.
7. Follow internal processes while thinking independently and creatively.
This position operates from Monday to Friday with a hybrid working arrangement.
