About This Job
Level 3 Teaching Assistant
* Location: Stockton-on-Tees
* Full-Time - Long term temporary (5 days p/week)
* School hours (typically 8-4 but may vary)
* Pay - approx. £95 - £110 p/day
* Mixed Secondary School (11-16)
* Start Date: ASAP / September 2025
Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a positive impact in secondary education? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic TA to join a welcoming and supportive mixed secondary school in Stockton-on-Tees on a long-term temporary basis.
About The Role
* Supporting pupils aged 11-16 across a range of subjects
* Working with students on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, and within the classroom
* Supporting learners with additional needs (SEND experience desirable)
* Collaborating closely with teaching staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences
Requirements
* Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience working in a secondary school setting is highly desirable
* A patient, proactive, and flexible approach to supporting young people
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
