As Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding and seamless guest experience across the estate. You will lead a large front-of-house team, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
You will act as the key point of contact for guests, overseeing arrivals, departures, requests, and day-to-day service delivery across the estate. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both operational precision and a natural flair for anticipating guest needs before they arise.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the front-of-house team across the estate
Deliver a flawless guest journey from arrival to departure
Maintain exceptional service standards at all times
Coordinate with housekeeping, private chefs, and estate operations teams
Handle VIP guests, special requests, and bespoke experiences with discretion
Oversee scheduling, training, and team performance
Ensure all areas of the estate present to the highest luxury standard
Requirements:
Proven experience in luxury hospitality (private members' clubs, 5-star hotels, or private estates)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Calm, professional, and highly discreet
Exceptional attention to detail and service delivery
Naturally proactive with a “no request too big or small” mindset
Strong organisational and communication skills
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends as required
