Responsibilities:
* Manage the full lifecycle of loan processing, from initiation to closure, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory and internal standards.
* Maintain and update client and loan-related information within internal systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
* Handle daily operations related to loan drawdowns, repayments, rollovers, rate adjustments, and fee administration, with a particular focus on syndicated loan structures.
* Monitor loan portfolios, process payments, and follow up on overdue balances, charges, and fees in line with established procedures.
* Demonstrate technical expertise in forfaiting and syndicated loan execution, with a strong emphasis on risk distribution and mitigation.
* Assess, process, and maintain documentation for risk participation and loan facilities.
* Oversee the complete processing of Export Letters of Credit (L/C), ensuring accurate and timely execution throughout the transaction lifecycle.
* Conduct first- and second-level document checks to verify compliance and identify discrepancies.
* Manage reimbursement claims and facilitate timely settlement of trade-related payments.
* Provide responsive and professional support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Carry out regular account reconciliations, investigating and resolving any variances.
* Deliver clear, timely responses to queries while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
* Contribute to workflow optimization, support accurate audit trails, and ensure rigorous record-keeping practices.
* Prepare and maintain accurate management information (MI) reports.
* Apply a strong understanding of trade-based money laundering risks, recognize red flags, and escalate concerns in line with compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
* Broad and comprehensive knowledge of trade finance products, including bilateral trade loans and syndications,
* Solid understanding of relevant rules and their application across trade finance operations.
