Job Introduction Head of Sales & Marketing | £75K depending on experience Location: Hybrid – home, head office & Avante locations (London & Kent) Reports to: Operations Director Responsible for: Sales and Marketing Team About Avante Care & Support At Avante Care & Support, we provide residential and home care to more than 1,000 people across London and Kent. We’re now looking for an experienced and inspiring Head of Sales & Marketing to help us grow, strengthen our brand and share what makes Avante special. The Role You’ll lead the way in shaping our sales and marketing strategy — boosting occupancy, driving private market growth and raising awareness of Avante’s values and services. Sitting on our senior leadership team, you’ll use insight, creativity and data to tell our story, reach new audiences and deliver measurable results. What You’ll Do Create and deliver joined-up sales and marketing plans that drive growth and reflect our values. Set and monitor targets around revenue, occupancy and conversions. Use data to guide decisions and show clear return on investment. Build Avante’s reputation through meaningful storytelling, PR and digital activity. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across marketing, sales, and business development, promoting a culture of collaboration, creativity, and care. Represent Avante at events, building strong links with partners and communities. What We’re Looking For A confident sales and marketing leader with proven results in a senior role. Experience driving growth and improving performance, ideally in care or a service-based sector. Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand strategy and customer experience. Great communicator who can inspire teams and influence at every level. Data-savvy and comfortable using CRM and analytics tools. Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications (advanced qualification a bonus). Must be a car driver, with travel across London and Kent. Why Join Avante?
