Role Overview
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing, optimising, and enhancing Indevor Group’s Salesforce platform to support our rapid growth and operational excellence. You will ensure our systems run smoothly, data remains accurate, and teams have the tools they need to deliver exceptional results. This role requires strong technical capability, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Experience Required
* 1+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience, with a solid understanding of how the platform is used in day‑to‑day business operations.
Responsibilities
* System Administration: Manage day‑to‑day Salesforce operations, including user account maintenance, permissions, profiles, and system configuration.
* Data Management: Maintain high‑quality data through regular audits, deduplication, validation rules, and data hygiene processes.
* Process Automation: Build and optimise workflows, flows, approval processes, and automation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy across the business.
* Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision‑making and performance tracking.
* User Support & Training: Provide support to users across all departments, delivering training, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring best practice adoption.
* Integration Support: Assist with integrations between Salesforce and other platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and system reliability.
* Compliance & Governance: Ensure system configuration aligns with internal governance, data protection standards, and Indevor Group’s commitment to excellence.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance system performance, streamline processes, and support the company’s ambitious growth trajectory.
