Role Information
As a Night Operations Lead, you will not only manage a small team of workers, you will also be fully responsible for all activities and compliance on site during your shift.
This role reports directly into the transport and distribution centre manager, who will require an accurate handover including:
* Documentation of all people entering and leaving the site
* Ensuring all vehicle checks are complete
* Documentation of any abnormalities relating to stock or vehicles
* Reporting of any adverse events during the drivers routes.
What is required?
To be successful in this role we are looking for people that have the following skills and attributes:
* Leadership experience
* A full UK driving licence
* Experience of working within a strong regulated environment (H&S, MHRA, & GPHC)
* Reliable and flexible to support business needs
* Knowledge of Microsoft packages and picking up internal systems
