Key Responsibilities
Inspect sheet metal components against engineering drawings and specifications
Carry out dimensional and visual inspections using a range of measuring equipment
Perform in-process, first-off, and final inspections
Identify and report non-conformances accurately
Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities
Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issuesEssential Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Inspector or similar quality inspection role
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
Confident using standard inspection tools (verniers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
High attention to detail and methodical working approachDesirable Experience
Experience within a sheet metal or fabrication environment
Knowledge of CMM inspection techniques
Familiarity with ISO quality standardsBenefits
