The Issuer Services team, within the Markets division of LSEG, focuses on building and maintaining relationships with issuers, intermediaries, and global corporates. The role involves collaborating with product, business, and tech teams to define and execute the product roadmap. You will act as the product owner for a cross-functional Scrum team across engineering, business analysis, testing, UX/UI, architecture, and DevOps, distributed across the UK, Poland, and Romania.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading product ideation with stakeholders, end users, and senior leadership.
2. Communicating progress, decisions, and constraints effectively to partners.
3. Defining product requirements, epics, and user stories.
4. Prioritizing the product backlog and guiding the Scrum team.
5. Supporting user journey and acceptance testing.
6. Ensuring excellent UX and evaluating trade-offs.
7. Partnering with designers for the design process.
8. Conducting market and user research for product-market fit.
9. Managing vendor relationships and contracts.
10. Supporting governance and reporting processes.
11. Being hands-on across the product development lifecycle.
12. Resolving production incidents swiftly.
13. Gathering feedback through demos and ensuring rapid iteration.
14. Promoting the product and motivating stakeholders.
15. Collaborating with other LSEG Product Managers for integrations.
16. Becoming a subject matter expert in Issuer Services features.
Key skills and behaviors include:
* At least 3-4 years of product management experience, delivering web products from conception to market.
* Understanding of technical aspects of web product delivery.
* Experience with UX/UI design and user-centric product development.
* Ability to manage dependencies and lead multidisciplinary teams.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and web analytics.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and proactive mindset.
* Experience in media, e-commerce, webcasting, or investor relations is a plus.
