The Role
As a Support Practitioner, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of daily living for a young man with Autism in his own home for a part‑time (16 hours) permanent basis. Key responsibilities include housework, medication administration, personal care assistance and personal finance management. You will also help identify new opportunities for participation and inclusion to achieve his personal goals and aspirations.
Required: a full manual UK driver’s licence and at least one year of driving experience.

Shift Patterns
We provide 24/7 tailored support with variations depending on the day. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday shifts may change due to day‑service commitments. Sleep‑over shifts are part of the rota and receive additional pay.
