You’ll be responsible for leading your area to achieve sales, margin, and controllable cost targets, while ensuring a consistent and inspiring brand experience across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead district performance across financial KPIs including net turnover, controllable profit, and overheads.
* Deliver area sales, margin, and CSAT targets aligned to trading plans and regional growth objectives.
* Implement seasonal trade plans and ensure seamless execution across stores.
* Create a high-performing, motivated workforce through visible leadership and development.
* Drive succession planning and talent progression within your teams.
* Use consumer insight and reporting to enhance satisfaction and retail standards.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and share best practices across the business.
What You’ll Bring
* Significant experience in multi-site retail management and P&L ownership.
* Proven ability to lead and develop large teams to deliver results.
* Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and margin management.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills, especially during key trading periods.
* Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to manage conflict and drive performance.
* A deep understanding of consumer and product segmentation.
