Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

About the role

Role Overview:

To assist the Operations Manager in the operation of site contracts in line with divisional objectives and offer day-to-day client facilities management support.

What you'll do:

* Review and evaluate existing soft & hard services contracts, to provide KPI and SLA's
* Provide day-to-day hard & soft services contract management (cleaning, vending, catering, contract management, etc.)
* Produce accurate contract performance reports weekly, monthly, as requested
* Produce helpdesk related reports
* Communicate to client departments about completed and planned works
* Provide day-to-day FM operational support to the client
* Client liaison and complaint management
* Deal with subcontractor and supplier inquiries
* Comply with any additional ad-hoc instructions
* Assist with overseeing Planned Preventive Maintenance scheduling
* Operate as a member of the EMCOR team, leading and supporting all site-based services
* Ensure KPIs/SLAs are met and communicated to the team
* Plan and coordinate team briefings and Toolbox Talks
* Review staffing levels and labour costs, ensuring they remain within the budget
* Provide monthly operational reports including budget performance
* Encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices across site(s)
* Meet regularly with the client to communicate key contract issues
* Deliver outputs against KPIs, aiming to improve performance
* Identify cost reduction opportunities from maintenance techniques
* Manage/assist in recruitment procedures, ensuring adherence to legislation
* Assist in the duties of the Operations Manager in their absence
* Perform other duties as required

Who you'll be:

* Technical Certificate or Diploma (advantageous)
* IOSHH or NEBOSH Qualified (advantageous)
* Experience producing & reviewing RAMS
* Experience managing complex high-value contracts with hard & soft services
* Experience using Word, Excel, CMMS, Helpdesk Packages
* Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written
* Ability to handle complaints effectively
* Good planning and organisational skills
* Drive and determination to meet goals
* Reliable and resilient under pressure
* Understanding of operational needs and commercial implications
