* Base salary range: $116,262 – $127,078 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

About the opportunity

* You will play a significant role in managing and leading a portfolio of industry engagement projects in the health and medical sector.
* Establish and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to grow research collaborations.
* Provide support and assistance to the team in opportunity identification, project planning, project delivery, proposal/presentation drafting and data analysis.
* You will work collaboratively with colleagues across UWA and the OICD to support the portfolio’s growth strategy and strategic imperatives.

About you

* Tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency in a health and medical related field.
* Demonstrated understanding of how research is conducted within a university environment, including knowledge of appropriate funding opportunities.
* Business development skills and commercial acumen with the ability to identify research partnership growth opportunities.
* Substantial project management experience with the demonstrated ability to plan, implement, and complete projects to good outcomes.

Note: Occasional travel within the state and interstate may be required.
