Salary: £73,652 - £92,065, depending on experience

We’re seeking a Digital Workspace Enablement Coach to enhance digital employee experience (DEX), improve digital dexterity, and drive application adoption and proficiency. You will provide technical coaching, implement, and refine in-application guidance to ensure effective adoption and optimization of digital tools, creating a seamless and productive Digital Employee Experience.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams to develop strategies for application adoption and prepare employees for new technologies. A key focus is leveraging Generative AI (Gen-AI) to optimise workflows, automate tasks, and enhance collaboration, thereby reducing digital friction and improving outcomes.

Flexible working is valued; you can work remotely or from our offices in Salford Quays, Manchester, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, or Guernsey, with occasional office visits.

Responsibilities include:

* Partnering with leadership to align digital workspace strategies with business goals
* Establishing a digital coaching framework for technology adoption
* Managing and championing digital workspace technologies
* Utilising Gen-AI to boost productivity and automate tasks
* Deploying AI analytics to identify and resolve digital friction
* Implementing AI-driven self-service IT support tools
* Delivering AI-enhanced coaching programs for tool adoption and upskilling
* Launching applications with comprehensive adoption strategies and guidance
* Promoting continuous learning in digital platforms
* Enhancing employee engagement with digital tools and collaboration
* Developing training materials and assessing digital needs
* Aligning adoption initiatives with business objectives
* Advocating for digital dexterity across teams
* Defining success metrics and iterating strategies
* Collaborating with HR and other teams to tailor adoption strategies
* Leading AI tool integration to automate tasks and improve productivity
* Evaluating and deploying Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) tools
* Driving AI adoption for employee experience improvement
* Acting as deputy to the Digital Workspace Leadership Team as needed
* Travel may be required for hands-on training

Experience & knowledge:

* Extensive experience in digital employee experience or workspace technology enablement
* Proven coaching skills in technology adoption
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Copilot, RPA, Office 365, and Gen-AI
* Experience with digital adoption platforms and success measurement
* Project management skills aligned with business needs
* Expertise in change management and digital transformation
* Experience with AI collaboration tools like Microsoft Copilot or OpenAI
* Ability to guide teams through digital change
* Quick learner of emerging technologies
* Effective cross-functional communication skills
* Passion for enhancing employee experience through technology

Skills:

* Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills
* Passion for coaching and digital enablement
* Ability to collaborate effectively and drive service improvements
* Data utilisation skills for experience optimisation
* Facilitation of training sessions and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications:

Certifications in Azure technologies are desirable, including:

* AI-102 – Designing & Implementing AI Solutions in Azure
* Experience with AI-powered Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) tools
* Knowledge of the UK Insurance industry is a plus
